CHAD N. DAVIS
​​Chad Davis is the founder of the law firm. The primary areas of his practice are personal injury, including auto negligence, medical negligence, and wrongful death.
​​​
Mr. Davis is from Enid, Oklahoma, where he graduated from Pioneer-Pleasant Vale High School. He graduated in 2000 from the University of Oklahoma and received his bachelor degree in Petroleum Land Management and Energy Management with a minor in Finance. In 2003, he received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Oklahoma School of Law. Mr. Davis is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and admitted to practice in the following jurisdictions:
the State of Oklahoma​​​​​, 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, Western District of Oklahoma (Federal), Eastern District of Oklahoma (Federal), and Northern District of Oklahoma (Federal).
​
Since 2015, Chad Davis has owned and operated a real estate title company. Besides doing Real Estate Closings, Mr. Davis also does Title Opinions with the company.
Mr. Davis married his wife Tera in the fall of 2003. Outside of work, Mr. Davis enjoys watching OU Football and Thunder basketball games, exercising, and taking their dog Luke for walks.

LAUREN BURCH
Lauren Burch began working at the Law Office of Chad N. Davis as a legal secretary in 2012. Her duties include client intake, assisting clients with collecting their medical records, setting up claims, preparing medical timelines and answering any questions they might have regarding their case.
​
Prior to working with Chad N. Davis, Lauren worked at the Tarrant County Court Clerks Office in Fort Worth, Texas as a Court Clerk for 8 years.
​
Lauren lives in Waukomis, OK with her husband of 10 years, and together they are raising their two children, Carly and Dane.
